Where do you ship?
Currently, Blisswave Designs only ships to the United States. We hope to expand to other countries in the future, so be sure to come back and visit our website or sign up to our newsletter for updates!
When will I get my order?
You should receive your order in approximately 2-3 weeks.
Please note that due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and global supply chain issues, delivery times may take longer than expected. Thank-you for your patience! Please contact us @ email@example.com if you have any questions about your order.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is your return policy?
Blisswave Store Return Policy: All physical items for sale on Blisswave.net are exclusive and custom-made merchandise, and therefore we cannot accept returns except in the case of damaged or defective items, or if the wrong item was sent. This return policy does NOT apply to digital goods or music downloads.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days and BEFORE returning your item(s). Please send a photo of the damaged goods along with your request. If your return request is approved, we will file a claim to process your return and your item will be replaced.
Please address all approved returns to: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273. This address is to be used for PRODUCT RETURNS ONLY. All other correspondence pertaining to Blisswave, Blisswave.net, or Blisswave Designs should be addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org .
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who have purchased and received physical items for sale on Blisswave.net that are damaged or defective, or if the wrong item was sent. If any of these situations apply to your order, please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days with photos of the incorrect, damaged, or defective items and we’ll sort it all out for you!
Music Download Refund Policy: Payments for all digital downloads are non-refundable. Since Blisswave.net offers non-tangible irrevocable goods in the form of digital music downloads, we do not issue refunds once the order is placed and the product is sent. You are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any music from our site.
How are your products made?
When you place an order with Blisswave Designs, you are getting a custom-made product created just for you!
Most of our all-over print clothing designs are created through a sublimation process whereby the design is printed on paper with dye ink, and then transferred directly onto the fabric with heat. After the design is printed onto the fabric, each piece is hand sewn into the final product.
Additionally, since all of our print on demand products are made to order and we do not keep any inventory or buy in bulk, our business model is more sustainable than traditional retail because there is less waste and that is good for our planet!
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you are unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. You can also check our size charts page. Though rare, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that is the case, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
We are sorry that you had a change of heart. Unfortunately, because each order is custom-made, once an order is placed, it can’t be cancelled or changed.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Contact your local post office to find out if they have your package
● Ask your neighbor if the courier left the package at their address by mistake
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at email@example.com with your order number. If carrier tracking information indicates that your order was lost in transit, we will help you process a claim for a replacement or a refund for the cost of the item. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We are so sorry that the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
